Roatan is the largest of the Bay Islands in Honduras, with authentic Caribbean and Latin American lifestyles and warm, friendly islanders. Located on Roatan's Northeast shore Turquoise Bay is the only dive resort in this lush and remote area of the island, providing you with the opportunity to dive uncrowded, pristine dive sites. The resort is set on a hillside with spectacular ocean views and a protected bay, which makes the water calm and perfect for swimming and kayaking. Beach lovers will enjoy the private, tranquil, 500 ft white-sand beach.
The resort has a total of 26 rooms, 20 of which are in hillside bungalows set amongst palm trees and tropical gardens. Spacious rooms feature stylish Caribbean décor and views of turquoise waters and the white sand beach from your private terrace. For guests who want to be closer to the dive shop, pool or beach, there are 6 rooms in the "Central America" building. These rooms are decorated with signature items from each Central American country. Each room features air conditioning, one king bed or 2 double beds, covered balcony or terrace, private bath with hot water, cable TV with US channels, telephone, desk, coffee machine, hair dryer, and internet access (additional fee).
